Thanks for visiting my blog…my online diary..or how about my chronicle!

My name is Edward Gause, but since I go by “Stan” offline, please feel free to use that name.  I call myself  a “newbie” but I will confess right now that I have dabbled in internet marketing off and on for the past 16 years and may be a little more knowledgeable than your typical online marketing “newbie”. One thing is for sure though and that is in no way, shape or form am I anywhere near qualified to be labeled a “guru” and hope that I never achieve that title!

“What the he..?” you might be asking yourself about now. The reason I don’t want to be a guru is because I don’t want to lose focus and forget how I got started and get consumed by the all mighty dollar.  I believe the internet is big enough for all of us to make money online and I want to help others.  Actually, by helping others I would also be helping myself because my personal goal is to replace my existing income with an full-time online income and I don’t want to be spending hours online working my butt off to maintain that income during my golden years.  I mean the internet is supposed to make our lives easier, right?

My plan is to sign up with 2-3 online businesses that pay you a recurring commission on referrals that you find and send to them.  Sounds pretty simple, right?  NOT!!!  Legitimate programs like these don’t come free.  Meaning you are expected to pay for their product or service as well, so right off the bat, you are already operating at a loss.  That’s ok.  How many businesses are you aware of that started up in the green?  Did I hear someone say “none“?   Ding-ding-ding!  You are absolutely correct.

Once I’ve chosen the right opportunity for me, I also plan on sharing my successes and mistakes here in hopes that my future team leaders will save time, money and heartache as they set out on to reach their own income goals.
